It was a holiday Monday so extremely busy but the young wait staff provided friendly and efficient service. It was very noisy inside but we were lucky to see and swap to a vacant table on the balcony. It is tricky to book in advance for the balcony as inclement or unsuitable weather could make that location uncomfortable. Overall a wonderful meal out with friends. Recommended.

Good Gilbert is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, Wilson, Izzy, and the entire team made us feel incredibly welcome with their impeccable and friendly service. Their warmth and attentiveness truly elevated our dining experience. Perfect for a date night, we opted for the *Feed Me* menu, which was an absolute delight and fantastic value. Every dish was thoughtfully curated, but the standout highlights were the indulgent blueberry cheesecake and the perfectly crisp cassava crackers—both unforgettable! The cosy ambiance transported us straight to the charming streets of Paris, making the whole experience even more special. The wine selection was phenomenal, with a carefully curated list that impressed, and their range of non-alcoholic cocktails was just as exciting. Very friendly front of house,window table,excellent staff.Meals were very good and way too much!Our overall impression was a very lovely day in a well run restaurant.Weather was perfect so our view from our table was excellent.
