喜歡的部分： 1010湘的餐廳位置讓人一開始有些詫異，因為它的出入口設在商場的外側。還好沒有下很大的雨，不然真的是很糟糕的設計。如果入口在商場內部會更方便，但總體來說這不是大問題。這次我們點了不少湖南菜，其中牛肉年糕松子尤其好吃，真的是一道讓人驚艷的菜餚。此外，菜飯也是一個不錯的選擇，米飯香軟，配菜豐富，每一口都充滿了味道。用餐環境相當不錯，桌椅擺設舒適，空間感也很好，不會讓人覺得擁擠。人員服務方面雖然中規中矩，但態度友好，服務速度也很快，讓人感到愉快。不喜歡的部分：唯一讓人有些遺憾的是，大部分的餐點都有微辣的調味，小朋友比較難以接受。不過這並不影響餐點的美味，成人大多能接受這種口味。餐廳內的背景音樂主要是英文流行樂，這讓人覺得少了一些中國餐廳的特色音樂，不能完全沉浸在湖南菜的氛圍中。如果能改用一些更具中國特色的音樂，相信會提升不少用餐體驗。總結：總的來說，1010湘是一家值得一試的餐廳，特別是對於喜歡湖南菜的朋友們。儘管有一些小小的不足，但美味的菜餚和良好的用餐環境還是讓人願意再訪。
