Thoroughly enjoyed the cod with crab sauce. The bean & bacon broth was a bit salty for my taste but I suppose that's the bacon. My friend enjoyed her crab, which I've had before (though why crab has to come from Dorset when it's such a local delicacy we don't understand). I do miss the specials that used to be on the board - there was a new fish dish every time I came and all were excellent.

We loved the food the menu was explained to us for things we didn’t know. The starters were so good we were almost full before the main course arrived. I had a pudding which was so unusual we loved exploring it. I am going to go back as soon as I can.

First class every time we have been. Definitely our go to place. I would thoroughly recommend it.

The food was really good and was reasonably fast at coming out after ordering, i think they might have been slightly understaffed as took a while to catch someones eye for the bill, but overall another great experience here, second time and still great food and good service

Fantastic tasting menu, with locally sourced produces. A real treat, and lovely wine pairing!
