Prosciutto Bros. is a warehouse factory converted into a Craft Bar, a big red brick building in the industrial area of Eltham, frequented by locals who love an icy craft beer, with 20 Craft Beer taps and a great wine list to match. Prosciutto Bros menu is designed for sharing, very home-style Italian, featuring imported smoked, salted, preserved and cooked meats and cheeses showcased on display in our deli window, served as antipasti platters, charcuterie and cheese boards. Loved the ambience, view, service and wines on offer. While the quality of the Greek platter for two was excellent, the quantity for the high price was disappointing.

Our scotch fillet is normally cooked to our expectation but on this occasion the sauce with blue vein cheese was very watery. Didn’t taste like the sauce we are used to. In fact it looked and tasted like cream watered down to milk consistency.
