We pay tribute to the rugged individualism of Pensacola’s unique historic cultural significance, specifically its Spanish influence.     The service and food were both wonderful. Per usual. A friend and I had a girls night and both enjoyed a fillet and ended up sharing the espresso crème brûlée. It was chef’s kiss.

    I wasn’t blown away by the menu. I think somethings were over priced or if they were worth it but the description wasn’t super helpful. Both cocktails we tried were good which was the clover and the banana brûlée. Burgers were good but i didnt realize it came with these loaded potato things with sauce on them…. Also the burger had a house sauce but wasn’t sure what that was either. The tomato, bread things was hard to eat but the paste tasted good. Just the bread was too hard. I think the place is too new and may need to rework somethings. They were too busy to answer phones or give us more info on the menu. I love the building and the inside decor was good but overall Im not sure I’d give them a round 2. Menu needs a lot more work.
