Inspired by long days on the Gulf, late nights on the ranch and the colorful creations of our abuela, our family's Kitchen & Cantina showcases the rich foods and traditions we grew up with on both sides of the border. Nothing matches the flavor of food grilled over mesquite. Try wood-fired Texas quail swaddled in homemade tortillas, jalapeno rellanos stuffed with house-made chorizo and sizzling, family-style parrilladas - huge mixed platters of wild game and fresh vegetables, topped with pico de gallo and queso fresco - a unique spin on Houston barbeque. Mi familia y yo fuimos a tomar el brunch este domingo, el ambiente estuvo muy agradable y la comida deliciosa, nos encantó el pork chop y el steak, los sabores estaban muy bien equilibrados.

Gran sorpresa en la comida y las combinaciones. El nivel de la comida con la sal suficiente (por arriba del promedio en Estados Unidos, pero bien para alguien de México). Los vinos del maridaje estuvieron bien a excepción de 1 (3/4). Sólo pedimos la degustación del Chef, pero los platillos de las otras mesas se veían bien servidos y presentados. El personal muy atento, sobre todo porque nos ayudaron con la celebración de cumpleaños.
