Visited Bath for Valentine's Day and The Square Brassiere and Piano Bar was our post Valentine's evening venue. We were booked in for 7:30pm and expected to be there for a couple of hours or so. From the moment we entered the premises we felt we were special. The staff were polite and attentive, the venue was welcoming and nicely laid out and the pianist was fun and accommodating regarding requests. We had the set Valentine's menu, none of which disappointed, delivering a variety of choices within it's framework. We had a great evening, eventually leaving at closing time. Fantastic venue and experience with delicious food will definitely be making another visit in the near future. Highly recommended!

A while since we’ve been to The Marlborough Tavern. No particular reason hasten to add. Lovely Valentines Day menu. Enjoyed what we ordered although both meals could have been served hotter(as in heat not spice). Not too noisy although personally not a lover of dogs in restaurants. Will be back.

After the hassle last week about the set menu, it got sorted and I must say we had the most delicious food either great service. We loved the heart shaped fairy lights too. Thank you, friends at work asked if I’d recommend it and I definitely wouldxx

We wanted to have a quiet meal out just the two of us - somewhere nice, but not too expensive. Booked our table online, really easy to do. When we arrived friendly polite staff showed us to our table straight away. Cosy and relaxed atmosphere. Drinks & food were fantastic, and exceptional value for money. We will be going again.
