The Kings Arms lies deep in the heart of the East Devon countryside. We’re surrounded by wonderful local farmers and growers, and we aim to make the most of this by using locally-produced ingredients whenever possible. Our meat is sourced from our nearby family farm, and most of our fish is supplied by our very own fleet of fishing boats.Here at the Kings Arms, we serve a varied, locally-sourced menu, with breakfast, lunch and dinner all available in the bar, conservatory and outdoor terraces.     Wow , wow wow Probably the best dining experience I’ve had , superb service and hosting we we’re really looked after what a team you have , food was amazing setting was beautiful and they went way above and beyond with how they looked after us . Can’t recommend enough, made a perfect valentines Evening. 8 stars from us both Paula and Simon

    Food was lovely, atmosphere was great , wasn’t too noisy. The service was good but a little slow between servings . It was busy so it’s understandable… Overall it was amazing

    Customer service and food excellent. Atmosphere relaxed and informal, staff know their stuff, work very hard to keep everyone happy. Menu choices good, portions just right. Really impressed. Will definitely return.

    Visited the Balfour on Sunday with my wife and with my sister. We each opted for a starter, Sunday roast and a pudding and all three courses were absolutely outstanding. Never been here before but absolutely will come back again. Best roast I have had for years. Decent price, and really good, friendly atmosphere.
