SO, con una decoración moderna y minimalista con madera oscura, líneas limpias y paredes despejadas, lleva al Soho el estilo del restaurante japonés contemporáneo. El bar de la planta baja es diáfano, mientras que el comedor y la tienda (la vajilla japonesa se encuentra colocada elegantemente en numerosas vitrinas) conducen a un comedor principal.
