After a couple of dining disasters this weekend my friend and I were so pleased to not only be treated to delicious food but also excellent service. We'll be back. Thank you for a lovely pre-theatre experience!

My grandson had pizza , and he said it was lovely, My husband had steak as always when we dine here , I had a lasagna which was outstanding , Service is impeccable along with the ambiance and atmosphere, Carolina who booked us in and served us was just so polite cheerful, help in every way making my grandson his first time at Lucia an amazing experience, we just love Lucia and travel from Norfolk just to dine with you guys. 😃🥰

We’d seen the restaurant on a Facebook post and that they did the best Steak & Ale pie, we were not disappointed! Cooked fresh taking about thirty minutes to prepare, we already knew this so we had a starter and we hardly noticed the 30 minutes. Friendly staff, beautiful surroundings and the music was perfect! It was our anniversary so it felt right to have the most amazing food, in such a carefully curated place. You must book ahead (we did), when we arrived, walk ins were being turned away as they were fully booked. York is worth visiting just for this dining experience alone!

We are both retired now and fortunately have time go to Lucia in Beverley regularly and will happily give more than 5 stars for everything. On several occasions we have been fortunate to be served by Christina and we are so impressed by the service given. Always full of smiles and very polite, Christina is a lovely girl and definitely an asset to the company, (all your staff are excellent though)! The food is always excellent too therefore our thanks to your Chef(s) We always recommend you to our friends and look forward to booking via your app again very soon. LOVE LOVE LOVE the Badger Monday Deal, what great value for money! £14 for a Burger AND a pint of San Miguel, can’t go wrong! I had the Chicken Burger & my friend had the Veggie Bean & Sweet Potato Burger - both AMAZING. Excellent service & ambience too, we love the little Dining Room area at the back. Will definitely return.
