Ryan provided exceptional service, ensuring we were well taken care of throughout our visit. The food was simply outstanding. The oysters were incredibly fresh, the mackerel was packed with flavor, and the steak—wow—easily the best we’ve had in Hertford! Every bite was perfection. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a special night out. My partner and I were so impressed that we’re already planning our next visit. Highly recommend Ember to anyone looking for top-quality food and excellent service.

As usual a lovely evening with excellent service and food. Took my brother for his birthday and he certainly enjoyed his Octopus, ribeye steak and chocolate dessert. The complimentary shot at the end was much appreciated.
