Great food as usual. We have not had a bad meal here, whether it’s been Sunday lunch, taster menu or steak night. My only issue is service can be slow. They were very accommodating to fit a large group in and helped make a night special.

A very good balanced menu, drinks parings great and good value

We came back here for our 3 year anniversary and the food was amazing. We ordered the filet steak and the pork belly both were cooked to perfection and the service was great. The restaurant had recently been refurbished so the ambiance was lovely and we went on a Tuesday so it was 50% off mains as well!

Tasty fresh food, generous portion sizes and attentive service.

Very cosy place - staff was very attentive and food was good. Loved the quirky Dickensian options in cocktails - drinks were great. Definitely lucky to have them on the high street.
