On the sushi side, there are dishes such as chicken tempura with Japanese sweet potato, shrimp shumai, and tuna crunch rolls. Then on the hibachi side, entrees can be cooked right in front of you with vegetables chicken, shrimp, gold shrimp, scallops, tuna steak, steak, filet mignon, sea bass, or twin lobster tail.
