A Sicilian by way of Chicago, from a family of Sicilian chefs and restaurateurs. He made a name for himself, serving Orange County for 30 years. Piccolino serves some of the best Italian inspirations in Orange County. Piccolino retains its Sicilian philosophy and passion for food by combining traditional old-world flavors and contemporary infusions. When Salvatore Faso opened Piccolino Ristorante in 2007, his goal was simple: to combine his lifelong experiences in the finest Italian restaurants with the finest ingredients, authenticity, preparation, and his passion for the Canyon and its surrounding communities. Piccolino Ristorante serves regional Italian cuisine, including artisan-made pasta, fresh wild-caught fish, and the finest meats and poultry on the market daily. Vintage décor, white tablecloths, and candlelit tables provide a romantic dining experience.

    Always a delightful experience at this restaurant! We go here to celebrate the January birthdays in our family, and just for a nice evening. They make it very special for us. The food is delicious, service is attentive without being overbearing. We will consider Piccolino for future events.

    Hostess was very nice - bday hst on the table was a nice touch. Server was great - food was paced out nicely between courses without being rushed. Food was fantastic and portions were generous. We couldn't get over how cold it was inside. Even after the restaurant filled up it was freezing. Two people at our table kept their jackets on. The restaurant is very nice and upscale.

    This restaurant is absolutely amazing. The food is delicious but our waiter Jorge and the bus persons were very attentive. The manager also walks to each table to greet you and ask if you have any questions. They provide the best customer service experience with the best menu and wine selections.

    Great food from the appetizers to the desserts. Had a family dinner with 9 people and everyone enjoyed sharing appetizers, their main entrees and desserts. Service was great and attentive. Definitely will be back.

    My mom and I had lunch at Piccolino‘s today and the food was amazing! We got the spaghetti with seafood and the lobster ravioli. I don’t remember the fancy names for them, sorry. Both dishes were exquisite. The lobster ravioli had an delicious sauce. For dessert, we shared a piece of cake that had chocolate banana and mascarpone. It was delicious! We will definitely go back .
