   We had a load of small plates food was very good , the only downside was the food was very salty too over powering , i do like salt but that was way over shame as the food was lovely and presented perfect

   Innovative menu, food more than acceptable, downstairs restaurant is in a pub. Would return it's different and fun.

   We had chicken parfait to start with the budget was on was stale the pate chicken was really nice with the grapes many different maincourse we had chicken leg roast to say disappointing it was on the menu it did say chicken leg but the size of it could be much bigger and it was a bit dry with vegetables and the roast potato crispy potato was deafly different and quite nic my roast beef was actually cooked very well pink gin, vegetables potatoes are great Yorkshire pudding was quite light. Grey was nice. We shared a desert rhubarb Yorkshire Pavlova Pavlova was brilliant but the rhubarb was lacking and Flavin sweetness and black and amount as well. Could be just a error for us on that day. Things can go wrong, no one actually checked how our food or asked us the question hello how was everything at the table check to be honest which maybe they should've done all them I've known would consider going back one more time to see how it turns out to be, but you are paying the price

   All great as you’d expect from a lovely country pub - would say the food was memorable but much I’d rather dine here for a decent meal at this price point than some of the other choices around. 👍🏻

    We went to the Oarsman for Saturday lunch, and thought the food and service were outstanding. Very good value for money. The restaurant is in the Michelin guide for a good reason. The pigs trotters for starters were superb and the bavette steak was amazing. Beautifully seasoned and very smokey. The wine was also a treat. I thought it very reasonably priced vs the other high end restaurants in Marlow.
