Food is very good as always service was wonderful bit noisy at 1 o’clock we’ll go later in the day on our next visit

We had a wonderful lunch at the Publick House. Gregg, our server, was awesome. Very personable, funny and had great suggestions. We had the baked Scrod and the Scallops. We told Gregg to pick our dessert because we couldn't decide, The Lemon Cake was great. You needed a reservation, and they do not seat you till noon. We ate in the Tavern, we couldn't hear anyone around us, it was great. I love how the tables were not on top of each other. This was our first visit here but it will not be our last.

The pork chops were way over cooked, and the sweet and sour peaches really did not have much flavor. We have eaten at this restaurant many times in the past and the food is usually very good. I would not order this dish in the future. The server was very polite and did a great job taking care of us.

My girlfriend ate pot roast, she said food is delishous. I have food allergies, Public House was able to feed me without any issue. For lunch I ate grilled salmon and salad. Our server Kevin was friendly, helpful and made our afternoon delightful! Thank you Public House and Kevin for a fabulous afternoon!

Excellent food (three different meals, all delicious)! Our Server, Grace, was the best...perfect, timely attention with a great personality! The Tavern Room is less noisy at lunch, perfect for a cozy senior meal.

From the thick clam chowder to the perfectly cooked fish and chips the meal was delicious! My friend enjoyed her pierogis as well as the Baked Scrod. Also recommend the burger with Swiss and bacon. Again perfectly cooked with sweet potato fries. Every meal choice was so yummy that we will probably order the same items upon a return visit. Also we must compliment our server, Brett! What an asset to the restaurant! He is professional, attentive and personable. We will ask for his section the next time!

We had an extremely nice lunch—one very nice cheeseburger and one turkey dinner, with NE clam chowder and desert. Brett was an outstanding server, and his colleagues, like Kevin, pitched in. Will definitely return again.

my best friend and I meet here often for lunch. The service is always excellent, restaurant is comfortable and always busy. the food is always good but this time my fish, which was the special, was overcooked. Their cocktail list is great and a nice selection of wine (and a generous pour). We will be back.
