An on-site, 100% organic garden and beehive provide fresh, robust ingredients that we blend into sublime meals, from morning to night. Zero-waste kitchen dishes spotlight the restaurant’s commitment to preserving the beauty and bounty of nature. And then there’s the bar, where cold-pressed juices form the base of 1 Kitchen’s cocktails. The wine list highlights unique and iconic Canadian and International selections—many biodynamic or organic.

Light-filled and open, 1 Kitchen is a place that’s comfortable by nature, where you can eat mindfully and well, and savour the flavours that come straight from the garden.

Our server Shar was delightful and recommended the crispy brussels sprouts. It was the best thing I’ve eaten in ages. The atmosphere was relaxing and perfect for our friend get together. We will definitely be back!

I have been to 1 Kitchen many times and loved it but I was very disappointed yesterday. Key points: Music was very loud - couldn’t hear host/servers Food took a long time to come out Salads were really disappointing Charged 10 dollars to add avocado which is outrageous. I’m sad to say but we won’t be going back anytime soon.

It was my second time here for brunch/breakfast. The food quality is really good. We ordered the French toast, yogurt bowl, 1 kitchen omelette.

Great service. Particularly enjoyed the Happy Hour offerings. The Expresso Martini and holiday drink offerings were amazing. Best bar tender!!!!
