                                      Server was very nice “Queen MJ”. Kitchen was very slow, took 45 min for food to come out. Food was kind of cold when it finally did arrive but tasted good.

                                      We went for Thanksgiving dinner - Turkey dinner was on the menu and sounded good. Turned out to be Turkey roll (not sliced Turkey), canned cranberry sauce. We expected more, but live and learn. The space was nice, server seemed new but gave a good effort.

                                      I will say, I’ve been to 204 Kitchen 3 of the last 8 years for Thanksgiving. This was by far the most disappointing experience we’ve had there. The turkey was so overcooked and the way it was cut it tasted , felt and looked like ham. The stuffing tasted like it was spooned with cleaning supplies. Probably won’t go again.

                                      So very thankful that 204 was open for Thanksgiving . A lot of folks have no where to go and the fact that y’all sacrificed to be open for us was much appreciated. I had the Chicken Picatta which was delicious. My server was Matt and he was outstanding. He was multi- tasking his butt off which was awesome to watch. In fact the entire staff was on point. I hope EVERYONE WAS PAID DOUBLE TIME for working on a holiday. I was seated next to a mother and Gran who brought along her son who I believe had special needs. I just want to say how proud of her I was for loving on that boy the way she did. I know that has to be a challenge at times. But if I could tell her personally, I would say, “My dear Sister keep up the great work. You are a great mom and your son will make you prouder than you are one day”. I would also want to tell her how beautiful she was. Charlotte has some pretty ladies. I look forward to dining again

                                      The service was great - waiter was very polite and knew when to approach to service our needs! Cocktails were amazing and a little unique which was good.

                                      Picked from online app. Surpassed expectations my guests were overwhelmed by menu. Sorry the shrimp and grits were not availible for dinner. Had the Pesto Pasta which was most satisfying my companion had the filet and had an experience. Next time I am in charlotte will come again. Parking police a bit OCD but it was 5 minutes to 6. Great experience

                                      While I was only able to book a high top table, I called the restaurant and requested a regular table if one opened up. They couldn't have been nicer and said they would tell the hostess. When we arrived, they seated us at a regular table in the bar area. The wait staff was excellent and we liked that another person brought our food as soon as it ready while it was still hot. When we saw the portion sizes, we decided to split an entree since we were going to the theater afterwards and couldn't take leftovers. They plated them separately and accommodated us with ease.

                                      We went to this restaurant prior to seeing theater show. We've been to this restaurant several times and it has always been a pleasant experience with very good food. This time we did tell our server that we had a 7:30 show. We made a 5:30 dinner reservation. Our server did take our drink order. There was no problems there. Then our server came back to get our appetizer order, he suggested that we also give him our entree order. We said that we didn't want our appetizers served the same time as our entrees. Unfortunately that did not happen. It took almost a half an hour to get our appetizer order served to the table. We asked that our appetizers be comped. We felt very rushed through the entire meal. Although the food was very good, unfortunately the restaurant fell short with surface level.
