   Food was too pricey for a bunch of pastries. The service and ambiance were excellent.

   Everything was just “ok”. When we got there and told the server we had an Open Table reservation, she said, “oh, they didn’t tell us”…not sure what that meant. We ordered the crab grilled cheese, buffalo wings and kid’s cheese pizza. Everything was mediocre at best. Service was adequate, nothing special. We’d been here many times before pre-COVID and the menu was much better. We won’t be going back.

   Food was delicious, everything cooked perfectly! Best juicy burger with homemade potato chips and NY steak was juicy and delicious and potatoes under were smushed cooked perfect with veggies . Definitely recommend the food However was extremely dissatisfied with the service!!! The worst service I ever experienced. We had reservations, really no point - no one was dining , a few people at the bar and we walked in only to be ignored finally as we stood there told them we told the bartender an we come in sit anywhere? we have reservations. He said yeah sit anywhere- it looked like dinning area was closed because no one was sitting there . Service was horrible kept having to ask for everything - can we get a menu , can we get any service , can we get out Check? Also prices menu and actual check didn’t match was changed more !!! Menu says NY steak is $36 and actually changed $40. Didn’t bring to their attention because probably would tool another hour . And he charged my cc before he brought the bill showing details so that’s why I didn’t say something before . Anyways online prices and menu are outdated . Took picture of updates limited menu and prices are obviously outdated.

   This was such a poor dining experience that we decided to write a review. We stood waiting to be seated in the half full restaurant for 5 minutes with various servers, the hostess, and even the manager walking by and completely ignoring us. But, a single businessman walked up and was seated right away. The young, rude waitress told us to follow him. She and both other servers talked to him, asked him what he wanted, gave him a full pot of coffee and ignored us completely. We sat at a table by ourselves as they fawned over the businessman. We finally got some menus and coffee after the server had already taken the businessman's order. Then the manager seated a mom with 3 children right next to our table, even though the restaurant was pretty empty. The 2 year old coughed repeatedly in our direction and the children spoke in high pitched voices. We finally picked up our coffee and moved tables. The servers saw what was going on but never apologized. They whispered about us moving tables and generally made the whole situation seem like our fault. We will never return to this awful restaurant.

   My girlfriend and I got seated immediately, but the wait time was a bit longer than usual to get served.

   The eating area was not clean, wine glasses at about 5 of the tables. Was about 75$ for a burger, salmon and one app. I don’t drink alcohol so when I asked the bartender not only that night but the next for a lemonade with cut strawberries she look at me as if she wasn’t a bartender there to make drinks. Will never eat there again. Very dissatisfying

    21 square Marriott, It might’ve been the time a day that we went but everything for us is perfect. Jaclyn was amazing and gave great service with a big smile. People there were so nice and friendly and after we ordered our food dish you can see that we are doing OK. What a great guy. I ordered pecan smoked bacon, scrambled eggs and cheese, rye toast, and the best crispy hashbrowns I have eaten in a very long time. You add a little Saracha and it doesn’t get any better than that! I also ordered a large glass of tomato juice, it was perfectly chilled and delicious. If anybody is looking for a good breakfast even if they’re not staying at this place I WOULD highly recommend going to try it out.
