    Service was a huge issue on our visit. It was more than 15 minutes between being seated and being greeted. When service finally was offered, it was sloppy and slow. Dinner beat the drinks to the table. No menu suggestions or recommendations and it was our first visit. Like our pre-dinner experience, we waited forever for the bill and receipt. **warning…the tip calculator includes full prices and tax!!**. Our service sucked but I still chose a 20% tip and it was $9 on my $38 bill…nearly 24% instead. I won’t be back.

    We met friends for an early dinner. 30 Hop is a bar style venue but the food is far from bar food. Appetizers were served beautifully. We had the Dynamite Shrimp. I could have made that my meal! It was delicious! We also had the Spinach Artichoke Dip. All meals that we ordered were delicious. Service was great and we really enjoyed ourselves.

    The food was great. We went for lunch. I had the 30Hop Burger and the Mixed Berry Salad. Both were delicious. I'd say the size of the burger was small but maybe that is because we ordered off the Pick 2 menu. My husband and son both had the classic burger. They also thought the burger was small. My daughter had the salmon and rice bowl. It was very good. My mom had the chicken tenders and fries. The serving size was very generous, but she did not order off the Pick 2 menu. It took a long time to get our food. We had a party of 5 and a reservation at 12:15. It was probably 35-40 minutes after we put our food order in that we received our food. We had truffle fries for an appetizer, those came out pretty quick and were also good. All said, great food, it took a little too long to get the food and the burger patty was pretty small.

    Food was good, our waitress was phenomenal. I made reservations for 10 people. They put us at two tables next to each other, but tables are bolted so you can’t push them together. I was disappointed in not being told that when I made the reservations. I would either unbolt the tables so you can push them together, or find some type of lead/connector to put between two tables for larger parties. Noise level was insane with the TVs. Yes, there was a football game on, but nobody in our party could hear each other. We’re fine with football, but maybe take the volume down by half.

    Every time we go to 30 Hop we try something new. We have been so impressed with their menu! Everything has been so good! One of our favorite go to places to go!

    We have dined here several times and this was my best food experience. I ordered chicken strips and it was a huge portion perfectly cooked. 2 in our party had salads they raved about and were very fresh. Beer selection was great although this is the second tome they were out of a beer that’s on the menu, or still out after 2 weeks. Everyone enjoyed their selections. Our server was attentive bit very soft spoken which is difficult with the hard of hearing in our group. But overall a good experience and we will be back.

    Excellent food! Affordable and good variety. Fun atmosphere. Already made plans to come back 3 more times with different friends and colleagues.

    Excellent service, super quick food even though it was busy. Unique flavored… truffle cheesesteak, queso had cilantro, elotes and various seasonings. Salsa was delicious … sort of a smoked flavor. We will be back!
