My wife and I we had a great time having dinner there for Valentines Day! Our waitress Joseph was very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious. We look forward to go back.

Arrived a few minutes early for our reservation but had to wait past our reservation time until we were seated although there was an open table across from the table we were eventually sat at. Service was not what I would have expected for an upscale steakhouse. It was nearly an hour from the time we received our appetizer until our entrees came but tables who had been sat after us received their meals before us. Not sure if our server forgot to fire our entrees in a timely manner or if the kitchen got that wrong. Either way - not great and certainly no apologies for their poor timing. There was also a family with a young child seated across from us and their child watched shows on their iPad with the volume loud enough that we could hear. Not a great experience, would not return.

We had a wonderful early Valentine’s Day dinner! The food was delicious and the service was outstanding! We are looking forward to dining there again!

Excellent service and amazing food. Everything, from start to finish, was terrific. Definitely a great place to celebrate a special occassion.

We went for my wife’s birthday and the food is delicious and wine is very good. Our waiter Joseph is amazing always checking on us if we need something.a very relaxing place I will come back again for sure.finally a good place to eat and drink.a must try to visit

Sautéed mushrooms didn’t arrive with steak. Marchand de Vin didn’t arrive with steak. The meatloaf was delicious. The waiter was good but made us feel rushed. We wanted a relaxed meal and he kept asking us what we wanted to order next during our appetizers. We retired to the bar for dessert and respite from the hustle and bustle of the dining room. It shouldn’t be that way.

First time at 401 Prime and was very disappointed. Server was fantastic, but my food (Sea Bass) came out cold a long with the asparagus and sweet potato. It took them over 30 minutes to remake my food. Because of this, my wife and I were unable to enjoy a meal to gather. Not a good fist impression.
