    I went here over a year ago and spoke highly of this place. I took my daughter here and what a disappointment. Do not bother with the calamari, the soup noodle dish were so salty you could go into cardiac arrest and they offer pho broth to thin it out but the pho broth was sweet so it ruined the whole dish. A few other dishes lacked what I would say, love when cooked so they were just ok and the prices were insane for the quality. Use to be a dimmer lovely atmosphere but did not get that vibe this time… lighter and really noisy. The staff were polite but to much in your space and worrying that all was good. That said, I am sad and will not return nor will I send people there. Bring it back up to the intimate, love in every dish way it use to be.

    There's something for everyone at 533 Viet Fusion. Large plates, small plates, sharable plates. Flavors are fresh and perfectly balanced. Nice selection of well-priced wines by the glass and a full bar.

    The food was outstanding. I appreciated they had alot of gluten free options as well. I especially loved the calamari!

    533 Viet Fusion never disappoints, the food is delicious, I’m especially fond of the slow braised short rib and pad Thai noodles. And the service has always been exceptional. Just a wonderful experience from beginning to end.

    A Family friendly or intimate experience awaits you at this beautiful and cozy restaurant. Friendly and helpful service plus an amazing food experience makes this a grand choice. I would definitely recommend it.

    This is one of our "go to restaurants" in Palm Springs. the food is always great and the service is outstanding. The waitstaff know the menu and can make recommendations. They are attentive, helpful and nice. We continue to bring our house guests, visiting Palm Springs, and are never disappointed. Thank you.
