Indulge in our three course "prix fixe" FOR TWO. Begin your experience with our velvety cheese fondue consisting cave aged cheese, paired with our in house made toasted focaccia to dip with. Roll out the red carpet for our savoury, perfectly cooked and mouth watering beef wellington. And to finish, your choice of creme brûlée or mousse au chocolat. Limited quantities available.

Join us for our famous fondue night every Tuesday! (2 person minimum) Start your experience with our cave aged cheese fondue, served with toasted bread and cruditées (extra charge). The second portion of your meal is our signature fondue Bourguignonne. Beef tenderloin, served with a variety of in house made sauces. Green Goddess/Rosemary Blue Cheese/Bérnaise/Lime Habanero. Finish the night off with our 70% dark chocolate fondue, served with fresh baked good and fresh fuit. (all courses of the fondue can be ordered à la carte)

It was our first time dining at Absinthe, but it won’t be our last! The service was outstanding, the ambiance was lovely, and the food was absolutely delicious! Our table ordered the beef Wellington, the salmon and the steak frites, the cheese fondue, and dessert was both chocolate mousse and crème brûlée. We all agreed that our meals were the best that we’d had in a long time! Everything was fresh, hot, nicely spiced, all made from scratch and you could tell in each bite that the chef cares about his clientele. We will definitely be back!

My friend and I went for the 3 fondue dinner. We were both very pleased by the variety, portions and flavors. Great job!

The food was excellent and the service efficient. I recommend this restaurant. On the other hand Open Table would not allow me to make a reservation for earlier than 12:30 PM, even though the restaurant opended at 11:00 and was alsmost empty. A nuisance.

Everything was great, food was outstanding, great service, very professional service…just could have used so more ambiance being it was Valentine’s Day, I understand space is limited and table space with fondue is a challenge but a candle and maybe some flowers would have been a nice touch, all in all it was excellent and will definitely be back. We went to Absinthe for my spouse's birthday - it was fantastic! They had my spouse's 2 favourite meals - gnocchi and beef stroganoff - both were sensational. The service was excellent We will be back!
