There is no restaurant in the lounge. We arrived at our scheduled time and told then they had no chef so restaurant. We were sent upstairs to their rooftop restaurant which was completely understaffed. Disappointed to say the least especially since both restaurants looked aesthetically pleasing. Would consider going back if they got their business in order.

we had booked this restaurant to grab a quick bite before the luke combs concert. At no point during check in had we been warmed that the kitchen was not open. We had tried calling multiple times the week prior to get a reservation for a party of 6, to which none of the calls had been returned. We were nicely greeted at the bar, and then told the chef had not come in and they were only serving drinks. The hotel itself if nice and a good distance from SOFI, but I'd rather go back to the little Japanese place down the street instead.

It was pretty busy and while they appeared to be understaffed, Irma (our server) was very pleasant and did a great job given the circumstances. The food was great, the wine delicious and the fireplace warm. We’ll be back.

Nice to sit by the fire for dinner or drinks! Very slow service , but nice and romantic ambiance. Convenient for those staying at this AC hotel. Will be back if I were to stay here again due to its convenience.
