Please BE ON TIME.
If you are running late be sure to send a message. We have a 15 minute grace period before your reservation will be cancelled.

We assign tables based on the number of guests listed on each reservation. If you arrive with extra people we will likely be unable to accommodate them. Parties of 10+ people will need to fill out an event form on our website.

Message us about any changes regarding your reservation. We can't guarantee that your request will be available but we are more than happy to work with you.

In order to bring the Adrift experience to as many people as possible, reservations for parties of 2-5 people are given 2 hours to spend with us. Parties of 6 or more are given 2.5 hours. We do not allow back to back reservations.

Parties of 6 or more are provided with one check that can be split evenly up to six ways.

The Kitchen Closes at 9PM Tues-Thurs & 10PM Fri-Sat.

Just what we were looking for in a Tiki Bar…great ambiance, creative cocktails & food was great. Really cozy spot for a fun night out. Will definitely return!

This is more for the owners: I use to really like this place, but Wednesday I took my mom there for her birthday. The shrimp, duck wings, and fries were great this time and the last time I was there. However, not impressed with the Huli Chicken. It should be called "mountain of bland rice and bland macaroni with 3 ounces of sliced chicken." $17 for something worth about $3. We also got the Paradise Salad, which was okay, but mostly cheap greens, Exactly 3 cherry tomatoes sliced in half, and maybe 1/8 of an avocado cut up so it looked like more. The pineapple vinaigrette was average. I'm glad we got the coconut shrimp, as it was tasteful. We ordered non-alcoholic drinks, but still mostly ice. 4 sips and mine was gone. Sadly it is pretty dirty, but most people would not notice in the dark space. There was dried goo on our table, and I could see that the green vinyl boot was quite dirty. Also somehow saw a cobweb from the tiki behind us down to the fake plants behind the booth. Seriously guys, if you're going to charge premium prices, then spend some of your income on a deep cleaning. What happened? Server Stuart was friendly and attentive in spite of the fact he was working all the table and the front door.

The food was delicious and something different and fun! I had the Big Island Bowl with the Marinated Poke Tuna and it was DELICIOUS! My husband had the Pele Duck Wings and they were flavorful with a pleasant zip to them! Will be coming again!

Really cool experience. Escape Hour (happy hour) was worth it!! Made me want to try the rest of the menu.

As Denver natives, we were excited to use a gift card for this restaurant, but our experience was beyond disappointing. We had a reservation and were seated promptly in what seemed to be a nice atmosphere. The restaurant was busy, which we took as a good sign. After placing our order, our waiter returned within 10 minutes to inform us that the kitchen was out of nearly 70% of the menu, including everything we ordered. I tried to select other items, but everything I asked for was also unavailable. I couldn’t believe it—what kind of restaurant runs out of food, especially during regular service hours? When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told the manager was the head chef and too busy to address the issue. Frustrated, we decided to leave. On our way out, I expressed my disappointment to the hostess, who simply apologized. While it’s not her fault, I don’t understand why we were seated in the first place without being informed about the lack of food options. This experience speaks volumes about how this business is run. I won’t be returning, and I’ll be throwing away the gift card. If this is their standard of service, it’s a hard no from me. This version keeps the essence of your message while sounding professional and focused.

Great drinks but pricey. I’ve rated them low since they were out of the 2 entries we ordered at 8:30 Sat evening ( you ran out of chicken??). To their credit they comp’d us a fries (that we didn’t order) and cut 15% off the bill). Server was excellent.

My tiki-phile friends across the country all said Adrift is THE tiki place to go to in Denver, and they were correct. The food, service, and cocktails/mocktails were all excellent. The atmosphere is lively and fun, but quiet enough to foster conversation. Chef Peaches’ seasonal food menu was magnificent- the best crab cakes I’ve ever had… in Colorado; who knew.
