No cumplio mis espectativas. Masificado de turistas y no se preocupan de darte buenas vistas sólo de llenar las mesas. Lo que tenia que ser un placer se convierte en un súper timo tea time. Muy decepcionados!!

Estafa de afternoon tea. 56 libras por unos sándwiches resecos (pocos) que sabían todos igual; dos panecillos para mermelada y mantequilla; y cuatro dulcecitos sin mucho sabor. Y cobran el agua y el té aparte.

I’ve had tea in lots of places around London. This was ok. The whole point of the restaurant is the view and we were sat at a table that didn’t have the view. We asked to move but were not accommodated. The sandwiches and cakes were good. The service was lovely. Overall not worth the price.

Warm welcome on arrival. Greeted at every point with a smile and friendly face. Fabulous views across the city. Very attentive and polite staff. Delicious afternoon tea. Relaxed, enjoyable experience with friends.

Have had multiple afternoon teas at multiple locations but this must rate as one of the best. Not the cheapest but great value for money. The view is simply breathtaking over the city and we had the perfect weather. The view was complimented with amazing food and the service was impeccable, extremely attentive and explained each dish. Had an amazing afternoon would recommend this experience to anyone.

We had a lovely time. The staff made us welcome although we had to wait for the table. Gave us a window table so views were great. Sandwiches and scones were lovely. Cakes a bit too pretentious. Personally don’t like black pepper in my cake. Drinks were slow. Staff did make a fuss of my husband for his birthday with a handwritten card and truffles. Overall a good experience but wouldn’t repeat. But in all a treat and some great pics if London.

I have heard this is one of the top places for afternoon tea on multiple YouTube videos and the reason I chose Ting was because of the valentine's day menu. The Shard was decorated in the theme from the moment I entered up to the 35th where Ting is located. The selection of tea was amazing and all had a distinct taste. The dessert was beautiful and creatively designed. The toffee pudding rose had dew drops that were stripe and the sesame dessert looked like it had a little Sunday hat. My favorite dessert was the blueberry, also with a hat. I also appreciate the little birthday message! It was wonderful to take my time and enjoy the experience with a beautiful view. My server, Ana was really great. I would highly recommend this.
