   Food was good and value worthy. We were 5 seated at a table with 4 plates, and eventually got an extra plate, rarely saw our waiter, maybe because of Iftar (understandable) …would go back when it’s not Ramadan.

   Had to wait near 30 mins passed our reservation time. To make that worse there were another group of people sat before us even though we were there 15 mins before them. Then we were given a table in a corner where we had to get the attention of the waitress when we were ready to order and for the bill instead of her coming to us. Bread was given to us half way through our meal. Understanding it was busy since it was around iftar time, doesn't excuse the poor service we received especially for food that was just okay. Quite disappointed.

   I went for Iftar It’s amazing to see all clients been served at the same time We felt like home when we heard the Adhan for iftar Great and tasty food The price is affordable and the staff is kind and professional Great experience. My family and I will come back

   Food was late, cold, didn’t taste good at all took one bite and left it. Tea took forever to come. It will be the first and last time there

   Incredible first taste of Turkish food! The flavors were amazing!! I’m officially obsessed can’t wait to go back!

   My friend & I were very excited to try Agha. We had reserved & arrived at 5:30 pm, only a few tables there. Seemed like we interrupted the hostess's facetime call, she didn't seem impressed. Decor inside is beautiful. We were immediately brought a jug of water and two glasses. Again, no smile, no hello, nothing. After about 20 minutes, we had to flag down someone to place an order. We were never offered a beverage. The restaurant was fairly full by 6:30. Not once did our waiter come by to ask us if things were ok or if we needed anything. We finished our meal, which was mediocre, a little disappointed that the meats were quite bland, not much flavoring, meat was a little tough and the chicken wing was quite dry. Our plates were never removed from our table, again, no sign of our waiter, even though we saw him standing gazing at the crowd a few times, so we can't say he was 'busy'. By 7:30 we got tired of waiting and decided to leave. Again, had to flag down someone to get us our bill. The waiter came over, (finally) asked how everything was, didn't feel like arguing, just said 'fine'. He didn't even ask us if we wanted dessert, even though we were quite anxious to try the kunafa and turkish coffee. We asked for the bill, he just handed us the machine to pay, no receipt was offered, I'm pretty sure we were overcharged but couldn't prove it on the spot. No thank you after paying, nothing. Pretty disappointing. Won't be rushing back there.

   Yusuf was great server, answered our menu questions, made sure food got out to us quick. Atmosphere is gorgeous. Food was outstanding! Definitely will be back!

   I’m not sure if it was because it was a busy day but we had to wave down our waitress many times. She wasn’t super attentive. We had to ask for bread and tea although the table beside us received it. I’ve been to other Turkish restaurant, and their customer service is beyond my expectations. The decor is beautiful, the place is clean, the food was good but the service was lacking. Customer service will definitely influence if I go there again or recommend it to others.

    Service was alright… we were stopped mid order for the manager to answer his cell phone and have a lengthy conversation. The food was very bland, dessert was delicious. Youcef and Kamal were OUTSTANDING though, and the only reason we didn’t give 1/5 stars. Good work boys
