Enjoy breakfast favorites served all day like our Beecher’s Cheddar & Pink Peppercorn Biscuits & Gravy with Carlton farms pork sausage gravy and fried eggs or Smoked Salmon Omelette with spinach, goat cheese, dill and breakfast potatoes or opt for our brunch classics like Bagel & Lox with cream cheese, capers, red onion, arugula and side salad, Pozole Verde with tomatillo-braised chicken, green chile, crema, cotija cheese, cilantro, tortilla chips or Steak & Eggs with two eggs, breakfast potatoes, and salsa verde.

Kickoff your evening with a special tasting menu from Alder & Ash! Chef Jason Stratton has prepared a tasting menu to bid farewell to 2024 as we look forward to 2025! Start your evening with Roasted Carrot Salad with pomegranate and goat cheese or Chestnut and Pear Bisque with crispy sage. For the main course choose from Crab Cake with Belgian endive, walnut and blood orange, Pappardelle with wild mushrooms and black truffle or New York Strip Steak with Cauliflower puree, braised olives and herbs. For dessert, choose from our Passionfruit and Caramelized White Chocolate Parfait, Cheesecake with caramelized pineapple, or Dark Chocolate Sundae with ginger butterscotch and amarena cherries.
