Newly Remolded Alicante Restaurant is a waterfront restaurant that offers picturesque scenery with a relaxed and casual ambiance. It has an impressive menu that consists of unique items. All meals are prepared to order, with fresh produce and only high-quality cuts of meat and seafood. Now Open for Sunday Brunch and Dinner service.

Alicante is a well-known venue for casually going out, private parties, gatherings and celebrations . Patrons are welcome to enjoy their meals on the patio ( seasonality), surrounded by the beautiful scenery overlooking the water, or inside the large dining room and bar.

The restaurants feature of being on the water plus a Spanish/Mediterranean theme needs to match that of their wine list and food offerings; especially in the warm summer months. Worst wine list I’ve seen! almost all domestic; no Mediterranean wines and no fun options of white varietals. Four Chardonnay‘s all from California two Pinot Grigio, subpar, and three Sauvignon Blanc, one terrible rosé!! They really need a wine buyer with knowledge. Also no tapas or small plates to enjoy the summer deck dining. All heavy dishes that no one wants to eat in the heat. Super disappointing!!

We went to Alicante for a “date” night and were delighted beyond our expectations. Right away we were greeted upon arrival and were brought to a table by the window by a smiling gentleman. Our friendly waitress, Danielle, soon asked if we had a special reason for the night and listened attentively to our comments. The food was absolutely delicious and plentiful in its portion. We enjoyed a delightful drink and ended the evening with a dessert that left us smiling and determined to come back. We had a special date!!

The food and service are always very good here. Can’t wrong. Great bar atmosphere as well along with outdoor tables adjacent to the lake.

My husband and I had a lovely night celebrating our anniversary. Service, food, drinks and ambiance were all spectacular! Thank you for taking care of us :)

Im not one to write reviews, but I felt compelled. Jennifer our waitress was extremely slow and not very attentive. Took forever to order and receive, apps and entrees. I had the pork loin. It was cold in the middle so it definitely was precooked and reheated. Mashed potatoes had zero flavor and lumpy. Other person had Picatta with seemed like 1/2 # of pasta. Not alot if picatta sauce to be mixed in with pasta so it was sticky. Its a shame. I realize this isnt a 4 or 5 star restaurant, but come on, put some more effort into it. Cool little joint. Needs major improving.

We had high hopes after recommendations from friends but were kind of disappointed. Service was excellent. We were a little disappointed in where we sat. There were 2 tables right at the windows but we were sat back against a wall. We thought those tables were for parties of 4 but then a couple was sat and the other table stayed empty. Maybe we should have spoken up. My lobster ravioli was fantastic but my husband’s rack of lamb, ordered medium, came out raw. Our waitress was great and did rectified the problem but I ended up sitting there waiting for his meal to come back, making my dinner lukewarm. Disappointing. $150 for 2 drinks, 1 appetizer and 2 entrees would have been Ok if things were perfect but, needless to say, we were disappointed.

It was so loud in this restaurant, we both got head splitting headaches. I don’t know why diners have to scream at each other. It was my birthday, but waitress did not acknowledge it.

Food and service was great except our second round of drinks came very late. I received my glass of wine that I was hoping to have with my meal came just as I was done eating. Waitress was very apologetic saying the bar was very backed up. The food was excellent but I found some items a bit pricey such as $40 for scallops.
