A mejorar el menú de la cena, siendo una noche especial Debería de haber sido mejor calidad. Falto ambiente, el personal encantador, el mesero muy atento.

El buffet tenía 3 opciones no incluía jugos, no nos explicaron que había opción a la carta con obviamente más opciones, había servicio amable pero muy pocos

We are so sorry you did not have a positive experience with us. We take our feedback very seriously and we will make sure that our waiters know to offer more options to those coming for a day at hte beach club. I think because you arrived so early we wanted to offer you the option of our buffet which offers rich variety of food choices from fresh fruit, to guacamole, and tradional Mexican brunch options. Give us a try again and you will not be dissappointed.

We love amansala and the beach experience. The staff is always amazing and we come here every time we are in tulum. Such a beautiful beach and perfect location.

We came for set dinner for New Years, which was prepaid. Dishes were served chaotically .. lots of mix ups .. we got soup after main course and ice cream was all melted. Ambiance was amazing and great lounge style music. We were asked about payment for at least dozen times. This place needs better management

This was by far one of the worst dining experiences of my life not to mention the HIGH price ticket for the service, food, quality, welcoming was pretty aweful. Despite 3 of us on separate occasions speaking to the staff and manager and received pretty bad service even after explaining our experience. One lady said I only work part time. Another lady touched my food without consent. Was pretty sad to have paid such large amount of money for cold food that came out too fast and at one point the lady said we each had to share a plate..............
