I really wanted to like this restaurant, however the food was above average. Great menu options but flavor was overwhelming on some items. Loved the aesthetic and the drinks options. Made reservations the day before and was seated right next to a door that kept constantly opening and closing very loudly.

What a gem for El Paso! My partner and I came to celebrate his birthday and it was a lovely time. The staff was so welcoming and attentive, the food was delicious and reasonably priced, and the atmosphere was great. We are excited to come back and try even more of the menu!

Carolina was professional, courteous, and fantastic. The complimentary champagne for our Anniversary was perfect and the song they played when they brought it to us was heartwarming. Delicious pasta dishes, empanadas, and sushi grand tuna appetizer was over the top.

Good portions, delicious food, we had lomo saltado with green tallarines (outstanding), the mixed ceviche is also good.

My wife and I took my daughter for her 24th birthday dinner to Amar. It was our first time there and we were blown away by the drink, food and deserts ordered. We all chose 3 different meals and they were all delicious. Not all deserts were available but the ones we chose were very good. Carolina was our server and she did an awesome job keeping up with us. The only thing that did bother us was a group of women that were seated next to us who were being extremely loud with there different conversations between each other. Luckily, they were there towards the end of our meal so it didn’t play to much of a negative factor. Over all, we would definitely go there again.

Said it was open and let me make a reservation when they were closed that day. Drove out there for nothing.

The food and overall experience were just okay—nothing extraordinary, especially given the high prices. I found it significantly overpriced for the level of service and food quality. It’s decent, but definitely not worth the cost. Additionally, serving red wine so cold was disappointing; it completely ruins the wine.

We have been to Amar a couple of times and always have a great experience. This time we had our children who were visiting for the holidays and they thoroughly enjoyed it.
