The ambiance is the star here. We had a fantastic experience at Amber Road! The Valentine’s prefix menu was absolutely wonderful, with delicious dishes that were thoughtfully prepared. Our server was amazing—attentive, friendly, and made our evening even more enjoyable. The restaurant itself is beautiful, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere perfect for a special night out. The only drawback was the large screens playing sports, which felt out of place and took away from the otherwise sophisticated aesthetic. It would have been nice to fully immerse in the ambiance without that distraction. Overall, a great dining experience, and we’d definitely return!

Very nice! Broke up with my girlfriend here on Valentine’s day. She got free cake because the waitress overheard. I ended up eating half of it anyway. The waitress saw that, a brought her another cake with peanuts in it because I had previously disclosed my nut allergy to them. Very smart waitress indeed. 5/5 stars. Would come again with new girlfriend (likely her best friend).

Amber Road is a good choice for business as well as casual dining. The noise level is a little loud so if you're entertaining clients, a table away from the fray is best. Tables are relatively close together. The food was excellent, particularly the chicken soup and rotisserie chicken, but we were disappointed to learn that hot tea is not an option post-lunch and also that half & half or cream is not available for coffee - really? Seems so basic! Service was a little slow to start but recovered.

Excellent food, suitable for clients. The rotisserie chicken is amazing as is anything made with it. The music was a little loud at lunch but otherwise it's a great option for downtown dining.

Had a wonderful time with my girlfriend last night. We both enjoyed the food! The Wagyu beef meatballs were amazing and the service was impressive. We were both very happy with the whole experience!

ood was very disappointing. The Lobster Turnover appetizer had chunks of lobster shell in it which I bit into. The Lo Mein Tuna Salad came with what appeared to be four small slices of nearly expired/dark colored seared tuna (color should be a bright pink but this was dull and looked like it was not fresh). For an appetizer, two lunch salads, and a soft drink, the bill came to $100, $120 after tip. Server did not even come to refill drinks. Ambiance was great, but unless the food and service improve, I will not be returning for business meals here..

Ashley was outstanding as our server. Food was very good. Big miss not having coffee on the menu. Honestly I can’t remember another place I’ve been in forever that didn’t offer coffee with dessert. That’s a reason we opted to not have dessert and it also brought into question management. If it was a week one or two of them being open then an easy pass, but after months of being open….?
