The food was good, my waitress was perfect, valet service was terrible and just based off the valet service I would never go to this restaurant again. My car was stolen from valet & their rush to service was not on point. If you have a nice car, do not park it with valet.

Hi Lewis, I truly appreciate you sharing your experience. It means a lot that you enjoyed your meal and had a wonderful server—that’s what we love to hear. That’s also why I hate that the valet situation took away from what should have been a seamless evening. While the valet service operates independently from us, we’ve never had an incident like this. They use a secure lot, and while this was highly unusual, I completely understand how unsettling it must have been. Our team did everything possible while waiting for MPD, which caused the delay, but I’m relieved they responded, and your car was retrieved. We’ll be following up with valet, and I’d love the chance to welcome you back for a visit that’s memorable for all the right reasons. Warmly, Jessica General Manager

“I had an amazing dining experience at Amelia Gene’s, thanks to our wonderful server, Miso. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in recommending the perfect dishes. Every suggestion he made was spot on, and his friendly demeanor made the entire meal even more enjoyable. Excellent service like this truly enhances the dining experience, and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Miso, for making our visit so special!”

Took my wife here on Valentine’s Day. Excellent date night spot. Great food, great service, with a pleasant and smooth ambience.

Firstly I cannot expound enough on how good our waitress was, she was attentive, prompt, and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. The rest of the staff were top notch as well, we enjoyed the elegance of the staff, everyone was willing to lend a helping hand. The 3 courses we had were very good and we left full but it is possible to have a 4 course meal if that is your desire. We will be going back and it will definitely be a suggestion from us for others to enjoy. It’s a hidden gem for sure.

Food was just delicious, service impeccable, drinks on point, and atmosphere fantastic. I don’t often venture downtown these days but with valet parking, it was easy and safe.

This restaurant just gets better every time we visit. The prefix special menu for Thursday night was amazing. I’m not a wine drinker but I tried the wine paring and I loved it. Can’t wait until my next visit to try the new menu items.
