                                                                                        This was my second visit to the restaurant. Our first experience six months ago was disappointing due to poor service, but the manager was apologetic and offered a round of drinks, so we decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately, this visit was even more unacceptable. We arrived with a reservation before an event at the amphitheater. The hostess seated us on time but informed us we had only 90 minutes, as the table—located in a makeshift “courtyard” that resembled a storage area—was reserved again. This was unexpected, but we agreed to stay. After being seated, we waited over 15 minutes with no service. I approached the manager, who had to ask around to determine who was assigned to our table. Once the server arrived, we ordered immediately. She brought me the wrong drink, which I didn’t complain about, but then disappeared for 45 minutes until the food arrived. During that time, we had no drinks, no water, and no silverware—none of which were provided until requested. When I asked for the drink I originally ordered, it never arrived. I later followed up with the same manager, who assured me the drinks would be brought out. They were not. In total, we saw our server only three times in 90 minutes. We were given two half-cups of water (while other tables had pitchers), the incorrect drink, no condiments I’d requested with my meal, and no follow-up from the manager as promised. Despite the poor experience, we paid the bill and still left a 20% tip. However, this level of service is unacceptable, and I will not be returning.

                                                                                        Our food was mediocre, the server forgot part of our order and they couldn't make any frozen drinks. We wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

                                                                                        This restaurant was absolutely not worth it at all. The food was basic at best. The atmosphere was fun and definitely great for drinks at the bar with friends kind of place. The gluten free choices were boring! So much for choosing a place because it claimed a gluten free menu. Shameful! My daughter and I have health issues that require us to be gluten free (Celiac Disease and Hashimoto’s Disease). I couldn’t believe that a restaurant would advertise a gluten free menu but all it really was was a separate menu that had all the choices that did not contain gluten, rather than a creative menu for patrons who can not eat gluten! We went there specifically for Brunch and there was ZERO brunch options on the gluten free menu! Is it so hard to have gluten free breads and buns for sandwiches! Everyone in the gluten free world doesn’t want a lettuce wrap! And why the heck are there not any gluten free potato options or pancake options!! Get some gluten free batter and some separate pans for cooking! Gluten free is not just for people dieting! It’s a true health issue for some!
