Once we arrived at the restaurant we were told that their ticket system was down and had disrupted the food delivery for the pre-fixe. This pushed our reservation sit time back. Not a problem, but however when a 930pm reservation is pushed to 1045ish it became excessive. They attempted to smooth things over with a free glass of champagne for both of us which was nice but too little too late. Once sat we waited for our server to take our order and was just slow service and continued disappointment with the food. The 5 course pre-fixe was offered for NYE, Amuse was ok kinda flavorless, scallop carpaccio was not good no seasoning at all, for the fish course I got the John Dory was rubbery. The main course for me was a filet which was cooked ok but the crust was dry. The final course was a crème brûlée which was just ok as well. All portions were small even for a pre-fixe. Disregarding it was my birthday the experience was so disappointing I can’t put it into words. To top it off my wine pairing I had pre ordered was not offered by the time we sat, and the glass of wine I ordered was full of sediment. Once all done 400+ spent on the night full of disappointment and getting home after being there for 4+hours perfect.

It was for NYE dinner, and while I fully appreciate the effort and the graciousness of the staff, their food was almost 1 hour late. We sat their for 3.5 hours when we had food for at most one hour. It was also kind of cold in the venue (it was kind of outdoor) and I actually got a cold from the dinner (partially due to it being cold partially due to sitting there 3 hours waiting for food). Still I think the staff is very professional and did their best.

Slow and disorganized service. Food took forever to come out. We constantly had to ask for everything. And the whole meal took 2:45 and the poor guest at the second seating were waiting 45-1 hour for their table because first seating service was so slow. Never coming back. Food was meh. Go to Ardor for amazing service and impeccable food.

Wonderful, classic French bistro experience with little twists across the menu. The steak tartare was AMAZING. So much more we need to try. Can't wait to come back

I am a server and do understand the industry and sympathize especially around the holidays, however, that is where my understanding ends when it comes to my dining experience at Amour. When my friend and I arrived for dinner there were a couple tables. The hostess was very sweet. We were sat and not helped for a while, which was fine until our server arrived and asked about water. We were given attitude when we answered with tap water instead of bottled and then ignored for 25 minutes until we could flag him down to place our order. Our wine was really good and was the most enjoyable part of our meal. Our starter came and was good but the dirty plate sat on our table for a long time. Once the dinner rush started around 7:15 and it got busier I saw a table get up and leave that had not been helped. By the time a food runner came with our entrees it was 7:40 and we had arrived at 6:20. The runner told us loudly that the plates were too hot for her to hold and she practically threw them on the table not caring where they were set or who they were put in front of and rushed away. My salmon was across the table and I reached for it after moving the lamp and water, and while the plate was hot it was not scorching. My friend’s pasta plate was lukewarm at best and the carbonara had obviously been sitting out for a while. I’m a server I can understand a hot plate but setting it down and then arranging the plates calmly instead of rushing to throw them down and leave the customer to reach across the table themselves for what you called an very hot plate would’ve been better. The salmon was good but the vegetables were undercooked and the carbonara had been sitting out, lukewarm, with a fishy taste that made it feel like there was cross contamination. We asked for the bill. I gave the server my card and when he returned with the receipt my card was not there. He pointed at the back said I think I forgot it back there. This was a long expensive dinner and we were not satisfied.

Third time here at Amour, and as always; food was outstanding and service was immaculate. Benjamin P, Killian, and Sandra took care of us really well and provided great hospitality. I had the pain perdu and Benedict with smoked salmon and the escargo was to die for. Can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu.

This was the perfect date spot for my anniversary dinner! The food and service was outstanding. Not only that, but the ambiance was also amazing. Overall, a great experience and my fiancé and I will definitely be coming back!!

The tomato and burrata appetizer was great, the whiskey sour was great, service great, ambiance was great but the beef filet not so great. I’m a fan of a crispy sear but this was like rock hard. I had a feeling it tasted old and when I used the restroom I could see in the kitchen and saw like 15 of them just sitting on a pan. I think they just reheat them. Disappointing. They were also out of the truffle gnocchi that my wife was planning on ordering. She’s vegetarian so there wasn’t any other options for her. They ended up making her a cheese/butter pasta. It was okay.
