Aunque teníamos reservación, la hostest nos hizo esperar media hora por que “estaban liberando nuestra mesa” y cuando subimos el lugar tenía muchas mesas disponibles. Siendo un lugar con una gran vista y muchas mesas disponibles con buena vista, decidieron ponernos con vista a un muro y se negaron a movernos de lugar. La comida está buena pero demasiado cara, por mucho la cuenta más cara de nuestro viaje en florencia. Desde que llegamos Una de las meseras nos presionaba para que nos fueramos.

Cena muy rica, los dos platos más uno de cortesía buenísimos. Los camareros muy amables. La panna cotta increíble.

Gorgeous setting. Food was delicious. A couple of mishaps… ie unsure on what has dairy or not, we ordered fish to then be told they had sold out, but tbh they were very apologetic and provided some extra dishes foc. Would highly recommend. Would love to go back in a sunny day.

I booked this reservationg expecting to be on the rooftop, but the terrace was closed. We were extremely disappointed as we booked here hoping to get the view and drinks as advertised. They did not inform us that the terrace was closed and had they let us know, we would have chosen somewhere else to get this experience. Very disappointed…

The place is magnificent, and the view is sublime. The person who took care of the service was exceptional—not only for their attentiveness but also for their smile, a true ray of sunshine. A thousand thanks to them! As for the dishes, they were absolutely divine. I highly recommend it without hesitation!

Confused on why the bar was closed at 7pm and we couldn’t order anymore drinks Other than that ambience and food was delicious!
