Treat your loved one to an unforgettable Valentine's Day dinner at Aqimero! Enjoy Chef's special 4-course dinner experience for $185 per guest. The night will begin with a welcome cocktail. The first course includes a raw bar presentation for the table, including Tuna Ceviche Monito, Shrimp Cocktail with mezcal lime sauce and fresh Oysters. The second course features a Chef's Salad or Chesapeake Crab Soup. For the third course, choose an entrée of your choice like Branzino, Wagyu Fillet Mignon, or Rack of Lamb. For the final course, indulge in our "Mi Dulce Amor" dessert with crispy brioche, lychee foam, amaretto, and strawberry gelato.

The experience at Aquimero has always been amazing . This year the food was not up to par compared to last year. The ambiance and the service was excellent. Looking forward to next year!!!! Happy new year.

Went there for New Years Eve. Prix fix menu was average(good seafood tower, ok burrata salad, flavorless branzino, dessert plate was pretty but not very tasty) Wine pairings was $125 for 3 glasses of average wine. Service was terrible as the servers were over-stretched. The New Year’s Eve party was CROWDED. Over 300 people packed into the lobby of the Ritz. It was supposed to be an open bar but each drink took 1 hour to get. The DJ was terrible as was the music. Overall not an experience I’d repeat.

3rd time doing New Years Eve, menu remains similar but service was exceptional this year. Missed the smoke presentation with the surf and turf.

bought the New Year’s Eve package. The food was phenomenal as per usual we frequent here often. Our server was great. Once the New Year’s Eve party started which is included with the dinner it took nearly 30 minutes to get a drink. I would recommend only beer, wine and specialty cocktails next time to mitigate the wait and I also thought that the bartenders were especially rude . it’s honestly better to stay at the Ritz Carlton and eat somewhere else and then do the party lol which seems like what most people did watching from their rooms. also, I was not impressed with the DJ. I’ve never been to a New Year’s Eve party where they didn’t play top 100 hits. Very boring. We left right after the balloon drop. Also, whoever claimed to “design the couches” was going around picking up people’s drinks that were set on the back of them was very rude and super inappropriate. He claimed to design the lobby area and grabbed my drink. Soured our night. Security had to pull them to the side I would not recommend interacting or doing any further business with them/designer”. honestly we paid $730 which includes the gratuity and the only thing that was worth it was the dinner they should have a price for a New Year’s Eve prefix meal ONLY, a New Year’s Eve meal that includes the party and then the party separately as well. Also, splurging on such an experience should be so much more in OpenTable points very disappointed.

We are big fans of Aqimero, but today was a notable exception. Food was excellent as always. A few mishaps ruined the ambience. It was an important day so I am pretty disappointed.

Rosie, our server, was amazing and so was the food. However the restaurant was in the lobby of the ritz carlton. The restaurant setting did not represent the prestige of the hotel brand. The valet was confusing. I thought validation meant a reduced or even free to park. No! It means nothing. I could’ve parked on the same block or a block away for free and get in and out of my car quicker. Plus the valet location is hazardous. It’s on the corner so it blocks traffic. Just silly.

The chicken entree was highly recommended but I wasn’t impressed should have ordered the scallops or lamb . Have stayed at the Ritz many times in the past 27 years and the dining options were much better in the past
