    Château Angélus Wine Dinner at Aretsky’s Patroon Thursday, June 12 | 6:30 PM | $325 per guest Join us for an elegant and intimate evening celebrating the legendary wines of Château Angélus, one of Bordeaux’s most esteemed estates. This exclusive experience features a three-course menu paired with four exceptional wines, including two coveted vintages of Château Angélus. Guests will begin with passed hors d’oeuvres and sparkling wine, followed by a choice of appetizer: – Tuna Tartare- crushed Avocado, crispy rice paper, chili vinaigrette – Grilled Octopus- panzanella salad – Zuppa di Pesce The entrée course offers a selection of: – Bone-in Filet Mignon- creamy peppercorn sauce & grilled asparagus – Prime Sirloin- tamarind glaze & roasted baby carrots – Lamb lollipop- wild rice & tomato harissa jam The evening concludes with a refined three-cheese dessert course paired with Carillon d’Angélus.     There aren’t enough stars available to rate Aretsky’s Patroon high enough. Impeccable service from the moment you walk in the door til the moment you get your coat on the way out. Our waiter was Stephan (Stefan?) and he was absolutely wonderful. This is my new favorite place and I can’t wait to go back. I love that he personally greets each table. Such a nice touch.

    Once again a terrific dinner at Patroon!! Starting with a warm greeting from Eugene, the evening was perfect. Stefan shone as always taking our order promptly and delivering outstanding service. The food was delicious...burgers cooked to perfection and made of the highest quality lowest fat beef. Juicy but not oily. And of course the beignets were a perfect finishers, supplemented by little oreo cookies to take home.

    We absolutely loved it. Girls night out. We talked and talked. Food was over the moon. Tomahawk that we shared. Rolls. Oysters. Our drinks. It was all just amazing. I wish we could name our server - he was just delightful. I will be going back and recommending this place FOR SURE.

    This is one of my favorite restaurants in New York. The food is always exceptional. But what makes this place my favorite is so many things that result in a perfect dining experience. The room is beautiful (great decor, lighting, and one of the great photography collections), comfortable, and designed for dinner table conversations. The people are unbelievable. I don't know how they do it. I always feel as if I am their favorite guest and I think everyone feels that way. I take people there and that is the only place they want to meet again! Ken Aretsky is so welcoming, his son the same (and adorable), the maitre'd has more energy than I have in a week and is the most charming man, and everyone makes you feel at home. The steak, which they are known for, is the best I have ever had, and everything else from the dinner rolls to the beignets is worth the trip. All in all, every evening there is a treat!
