Austin's American Grill is the quintessential taste of Colorado. With three great Fort Collin's locations-one in the heart of Old Town, another on Harmony Road and one in Greeley, we'll have you wondering why mom's food never tasted so good and when you can come back for more.     First time dining at Austins celebrating our son’s birthday. The front host was very welcoming and Grace who was our waitstaff was wonderful and super attentive! Would definitely recommend and return!

    Waiter was very attentive and personable; but it took too long to get our food, which I assume is the kitchen. When we got the food it was very good and very large portions.

    The food was good. Drink was great. Unfortunately a big family was sitting next to me and thought they were at a football game. Very loud. Service was good as well.

    Not what we normally get. Cornbread was dry and crumbly, chicken was dry, garlic mashed potatoes were so dry they fell apart in clumps. Food was pretty subpar. Wait staff was excellent! Not sure if the chef has changed, but they were not on their game.

    I like Austin's and have been many times over the years. I was completely disappointed in my 14 oz prime rib earlier. Almost a third of it was fat. AWFUL. Otherwise, Marcus, our server was wonderful.

    Valentines day. Got there a few minutes early but was sat quickly. Food arraived quickly and were never wanting for anything with the service.
