   Went to Austin’s Old Town Fort Collins and loved every minute of it. Delicious food. Easy in and out. No noisy kids. Was excellent!

   The service was outstanding. Our server Callie was great. She was helpful and energetic. Answered our questions easily. She moved us from a table to one of the four available booths. We were seated at a table initially and when I asked the person who put us at the table if we could move to a booth she refused even though we had a reservation.

   Austins is our go-to restaurant to celebrate special occasions. Food, service, ambiance, everything is always outstanding.

   We took part in Great Plates - our dinner was excellent and felt like a great value. We also had dinner during Happy Hour, so we enjoyed nice drinks in addition to our nice dinner. Highly recommend.

   All the staff were very friendly and efficient. We had a great meal and enjoyed the experience there very much. Love the rotisserie chicken; it's done on an open spit. The tri tip was excellent.

   First night of Great Plates. Computers (AI) s trees up reservations. We were able to get seated fairly quickly, unlike other diners, but kitchen and staff seemed overwhelmed. Very nice server, personable (Ella), but drinks and appetizer came after salads. Had to ask for silverware. All of that was ok, really, but prime rib was very bland. No flavor. Side dishes ok. Nothing extra special, but spinach-artichoke dip was very good. Chocolate Mouse was the best thing served. Overall, an average meal.

    We had the Great Plates meal for two. All our food was delicious and a good value for the price. They were very busy on a Saturday night but the service was still good.
