Babylon Sisters is a wine and cocktail bar located in Uptown Waterloo. We focus on female wine producers, and carry almost exclusively consignment wines. Join us on the cozy main floor, the spacious upper level, at the bar, or in the front window corner.

                        A convenient downtown location. Beautiful decor and atmosphere that offers several different enclaves including an outdoor patio during summer. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are sincerely interested in making your visit memorable.

                        I was from out of town and was visiting friends and we choose Babylon as the wine and vibes looked great, however when we got there there was live music and a large party standing at the front entrance. It felt ALOT more like a pub / bar with a dance floor rather than a mature sit down wine bar. We sat in the back of the restaurant and we had to scream because the music was too loud. I could barely hear friends that were sitting beside me. The wine was good but the overall experience wasn’t great.

                        Hello, we are sorry to hear your experience wasn't great. We have live music every Saturday night and the bar area of the main floor was booked for a birthday party. We would like to hear about how that impacted your visit as you were on the Upper Level. I have spoken with your server and she has advised that not one of her guests all evening said anything about the level of the music.                         Dining at Babylon sisters was incredible. We love coming here. Staff is amazing and so is the ambiance. Great live music, awesome food spectacular wine selection

                        The music was excellent. The band playing was phenomenal. I loved the atmosphere. Didn't try the food but the drinks were great. I'll be back!

                        A bar pretending to be a restaurant to cash in on Valentine’s Day. The problem is, they did a bad job. Probably a great bar.

                        If you go when it’s not busy I think it’ll be a different experience. We had to wait 10 minutes after we were seated for menus / drink menus, then another 10 minutes to “look” at the menu, then another 10 minutes after we ordered to get our drinks… food was the same. Drinks were good, food was okay. It’s a cool ambience however…

                        We attended early and it was quiet. Despite expecting 2 birthday gatherings they were in a separate area and were no bother. Limited menu choices. Both flat bread servings were very good and we probably could have shared one as they are very filling which we had with the crab dip. Good wine selection. Very attentive service
