Great visit. Food is unremarkable in my opinion. Christmas cocktails were very good atmosphere is top notch as was the service.

The atmosphere was amazing!! The food was okay, asked for cheese on my burger and didn’t get it. Asked for water had to wait forever for a refill, waited for sauce and food got cold. Gratuity was added atomically and the menu said it was added for a party of 4 or more at 18%. 20% was added. There were only 3 of us. Overall I would go again, but hope for a different server.

Bacall's was transformed into Frosty's Christmas Bar....WOW on the ambiance. Chris was our attentive server...fish & chips, spring rolls and french onion soup were winners.

The food here was okay and reasonably priced, but the real issue is the owner, Ken S., and how he handles customer feedback on Yelp. In response to one review, he wrote: "Thank you for your ridiculous two-star review. Great food, $250k in decorations, and because a server adds a standard gratuity (due to tourists thinking it’s included), you give two stars instead of asking the manager to adjust so you can save maybe 5% on an hourly person that earns the vast majority of their income from gratuity. Your hate is duly noted. Thank you." This response is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. If this is how the owner speaks to customers publicly, I can only imagine how he treats his employees. It’s a terrible reflection on the business, and I would not support a place where the owner behaves this way. I’m also tired of restaurants sneaking in extra tips, assuming we won’t notice, just so their waitstaff can make more money while the owners avoid paying them a fair wage. This practice shifts the burden to customers, coming out of our pockets while the owners get richer. It’s unfair and leaves a bad taste in more ways than one.

Food was mediocre. Service was terrible. Kid was nice but it took 25 minutes to get our drinks and 40 min to get our food. We waited another 15 to close out after receiving our tab and finally had to ask the manager to do it. Restaurant wasn’t full or all that busy. But, it looked wonderful! Great pics!

The Christmas Day experience here was fantastic! Service could’ve been a bit better, but I also understand that it was the holidays and they were short staffed. If you’re wanting an ambience experience and an Instagram experience this is it.

We waited 30 mins at our table before being waited on. I inquired and was told it was because it was Christmas & they were short staffed which I could understand. We sat near a speaker so it was incredibly loud. Pancakes were good. Ginger ale was regular soda water from the bar. All in all, we went for the photo ops but a bit disappointed. Feel for the waitstaff working on Christmas so we took everything in stride and was just grateful to be in the moment.
