Chef Franck Bacquet of Lille, France is a veteran in the kitchen. Along with his wife, Michele, they invite you into their home to enjoy their favorite European dishes in this warm and inviting atmosphere. What they have created is a complete dining experience, reminiscent of being in Paris. Enjoy fine art and even finer cuisine, served by the most professional service staff that could exist in America. Have a Chef or Michele browse the wine library and select a bottle or glass to accompany your meal. Bacquet's serves an entire experience, so much more than just a meal.

Chef Franck has created a fun and festive menu to help you celebrate our favorite holiday. Starting at 4pm, come in to be greeted with a complimentary glass of Charles Mignon Champagne and then select an option for each of your 3 courses. If you'd like to surprise your guest with a chilled bottle of true Champagne at your table, we've selected two of our favorites that you can reserve in advance. Email menus@bacquets.com for the complete menu. Other wine, beer, and non-alcohol beverage selections available for purchase by the bottle or glass. The prix fixe dinner starts at 4pm. Corkage fee for outside bottles of wine is $40. Allergies and dietary restrictions may be accommodated with advance notice.

Overall it was above average but I cannot stand when restaurants require the customer to order your entire meal at the same time. And then suggest it is for our benefit.

We had a wonderful dinner with our family. We were seated at a table that provided the opportunity to visit comfortably. The charcuterie was excellent, as was the salmon and the sea bass. The cream of asparagus soup was exceptional. The service as always was impeccable. We had a very nice bottle of wine. We love the cozy warm atmosphere of Bacquet’s with the perfect decor and lighting. We feel like we’ve been transported to a French village for an evening. Thank you Franck and Michele.

Always a lovely journey to Paris right here in Eagle. Michelle will great you like family and Chef will whip up delicious and beautiful plates. This is a special gem; one to savor and appreciate!

The best restaurant in Boise, hands down! The food is phenomenal, the service team makes you feel at home, and you leave feeling like you’ve had a mini European getaway. This is definitely a must-try spot!

So love, chef and his staff, the food is amazing every time my husband and I go there with the kids. We feel like we’re going to visit family. Fine dining and Idaho. 🎉

A Monumental Disappointment! Do not Patronize!. We recently moved to Eagle, and Bacquet's was on our list of restaurants to try. We did so recently for a birthday celebration. We found initially the ambiance nice, including the music. Frack Bacquet's wine suggestions were good to accompany their excellent French Onion soup and bread. The service was satisfactory. After that, unfortunately, the meal entrees were a total disaster. The two entrees ordered were nothing more than luke-warm leftovers, most likely from pre-Christmas cooking. They were totally unappealing. It was clear that the kitchen staff did not know what good food was all about or perhaps they did not have enough staff. Franck Bacquet I am sure would respond about sending them back. However, at good/excellent restaurants this is not necessary. Unfortunately, one of us ended up with a stomach ailment after dinner. This is not a good restaurant choice. Bacquet's (the restaurant) and Bacquet (Franck, the owner) should be retired in my opinion. They have had their day in the sun. --
