   We had an amazing first experience at Bad Idea. I wasn't sure what to expect looking at the menu before hand, I didn't really know what most of it was. We were incredibly surprised. The food was beautifully prepared with lots of unique flavors we have never had before. The service was awesome, Greg was so knowledgable on the food and was patient answering my many questions. He was also great at accommodating my spice sensitivity. The wine list was fantastic. It's very refreshing to see such a wide variety of wines and the French chardonnay that the wine director recommended was excellent. My husband said multiple times that the dishes were some of the best he has ever had. We will definitely be back, it's nice to have some unique food profiles in Nashville amongst so many repeats out there.

   Beautiful space. Expertly trained service on both the intriguing menu and somewhat overwhelming wine list. Not every dish was sublime, but pretty darn close. Somm guided us to two of the best bottles I’ve ever enjoyed.

   It was my second time going wine was good especially the skin contact that I had the crispy. Rice salad was really good. I got the pleasure to meet one of the owners and he had sent out a scallop dish, which was very nice. I like the twill that was on top, it was like biting into a cloud. It was just really soft and delegate paired well with the shining wine that I got Will definitely come back again. Next time I’m in Nashville.

   The crispy rice, ricotta dumpling, steak, and bologna sandwich were all very good. The wine and cocktails were quite good. But the mango rice pudding dessert was NEXT LEVEL. Great experience. You’ll pay for what you get, but happy hour is more accessible. Great job.

   Had an incredible meal at Bad Idea. I would highly highly recommend. The wine was excellent as was all of the food. I will definitely be back.

   Decor was very cool. Food was mediocre and very fussy. We didn’t finish many of the dishes.

   Food was just off. Trying to hard to be unique and missing on flavors. Soft shell crab was disgusting - how can a knowledgeable, experienced chef serve something like that? It was like mushy goop - just a disgusting look and texture. No dish really stood out and the price point was sky high. We have been to tons of outstanding restaurants across the US - this is not even close. Definite skip. They also have a ton of space in the restaurant but choose to have seating incredibly close to the next table - kind of baffling. Why would I want to have the person next to me basically sit in my lap?

   Different innovative delicious food served beautifully. Great ambience. Exceptional service from our waitron Heather who made the evening very special with outstanding service and her humor. Unmissable

    The bartenders were amazing, food was beyond expectations, and the entire experience was incredible!! Best place to eat in Nashville hands down
