   Everything was delicious!!! The drinks were amazing and beautifully made. The service was helpful and efficient. Highly recommend Baker and Wife!!!

   Been going here for 3+ years… always a pleasure to visit … wonderful staff, easy conversations with the bartenders & the food presentation is fantastic!

   Our fav restaurant in town! Seabass was unbelievable and the service as usual was top-notch. It feels like Home going to Baker and wife.

   The food and service and cocktails were excellent. The noise level was high as the restaurant was full being March. Perhaps some sound control measures could be considered.

   Food was excellent and the service matched. Enjoyed the salmon (perfectly spicy) along with a cocktail. Will be back!

   I was extremely pleased with our entire dinner experience at Baker and Wife. The menu is unique, yet familiar enough for anyone’s taste. Stacked slices of Meatloaf were attractively topped with a mountain of crisp, thinly sliced onion rings. The Chicken served with couscous and the Tiger Shrimp and Peanut Salad were each plated attractively and were flavorfully delicious. We also gave our appetizers high marks; Burrata and Fennel Salad and Beet Salad. I will be putting Baker and Wife on our “frequent go to” list. Prompt, professional and pleasant service only added to the food experience.

   One of the best overall restaurants in Sarasota! I had the yellowtail snapper special, which was outstanding. The drinks and bar service is top notch. Creative chef with outstanding specials.

    Really liked the creative menu and delicious cocktails. Our service was good, but a few times we needed to flag someone down. With 4 people we shared 2 salads (excellent and very sharable) and 4 unique entrees. All were very good. Also had 4 different desserts. The creme brulee and cheesecake were the winners. Would come back and have already recommended to friends.
