This hip and trendy restaurant and lounge is set in a meticulously restored 19th century colonial Sugar-mill with an enormous terrace with an amazing view of Simpson Bay. Award winning Sushi and Steak with Sushi chefs hailing from Nobu, Morimoto, and Makodo. Hot kitchen features aged steaks and fresh fish. Lots of appetizers including our famous Duck Nachos and Dumplings. Great for large groups and parties. Our in house DJ drives the vibe, inspiring nightly sunsets from high atop Diamond Mountain.
Bamboo's Sushi rolls are legendary, having won best sushi for 20 consecutive years. Serving late night fares and amazing true craft cocktails at our Bamboo Bar, starting at 5pm for sunsets until late into the night.
Every Thursday is Gatsby Night. The Band starts at 8:00 The Regular menu is in effect. There is a $7.00 per person music charge added to everyone's bill. Guitar player Don Solay is playing on Sunday Night.

No estaba buena la comida el arroz era un puré , no es la comida de Bambo de la última vez. La mesonera muy atenta pero estaba un poco perdida. El lugar espectacular pero la comida no estaba acorde con el precio. El sushi muy malo. Somos clientes de Bambo hace 10 años y antes se comía muy bien. Cambiaron el chef ?

We enjoyed everything! Staff members were all so friendly and helpful from the valet to the hostess, servers and chef! The food was top notch - delicious and beautifully presented. The ambiance was very nice as we watched the sunset over Simpson Bay and the lights come on all around us both inside and outside the restaurant. Definitely recommend and we would come back if we return to the island in the future.

The staff, especially our waitress went above and beyond. The restaurant is beautiful and the ambience is amazing. The food was also very good would definitely recommend

Atlantic City vibes. Poor service, drinks weren’t anything special. If you enjoy high quality food and drinks and expect quality standards you may be disappointed, particularly with this price point. It’s a great place for a couple in their 20s who haven’t had a lot of experiences.

Nice selection of Asian tapas. Spectacular view. Our taxi dropped us at the bottom of the hill and we transferred to Bamboo’s shuttle for the final ascent where a dramatically lit Buddha greeted us. The interior is also lit in dramatic vignettes. Service was excellent. A very special evening.

Great atmosphere on Thursdays with live music. We went 2 Thursdays while on the island. Great apps, sushi rolls were just ok. One Thursday service was great, on the other visit service was a bit slow. Not sure if they were understaffed that night. Valet staff always polite and helpful. Overall I would come back again.

First time at this restaurant- but will be back. Views are FABULOUS- make sure you go before sunset to appreciate the view fully. Food was great- especially love the Angry Dragon Roll- was a favorite of ours. Wagu beef dumplings small but good. Chicken satay needed- in our opinion- more peanut sauce- but was very good. Chocolate fondant was to die for! Had 4 different specialty drinks ( each tried a different one) and we liked them all. Highly advise paying the $10 for valet parking.

This place would be wonderful of management spent some time training the staff hiring more staff and not having guest weight very long for drinks and having other guests over the shoulders trying to get their drinks while people are eating just need a retraining. I would say this is a management thing above anything else if they got it right this could be one of the top places in Sint Maarten
