   Bank + Vine was wonderful and will definitely be back! The food was perfect, waiter and general manager were personable while still providing excellent service. Would recommend as a top pick.

   Date night with wife, not the first time we dined here,arrived and promptly seated ,server Dave was very professional , courteous and informed us that the restaurant just started their Spring menu ( one entree changed lol).. wife ask for glass of Pinot and we gave our appetizers/dinner order, clams in white sauce for app and pork chop for me and crab cakes for wife,after several minutes kitchen runner arrived with bread basket( 2pc. of focaccia lol) still no drink for wife.. drink arrived after several more minutes, what seem like forever( 20+ minutes) our food started to arrive, oh did I tell you that the restaurant was not busy.. upon food arrival clams had gritty sandy taste( needs more rinsing)wife’s crab cakes looked more like breakfast pancakes then Big Plum cakes and a overpowered seasoning ,also did not look like bits of white crab meat, more on the pinkish side . My pork chop was temp at best and not very eye appealing Someone did approach our table and apologized for the wait ,that was the only good part of our night out.. will have to give restaurant a time out before returning..

   It took 90mins to get our meals when there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. We also didn’t receive one of our ordered meals (at all). The server didn’t apologize or say a word about any of it. This is the first time we’ve ever had an issue at this restaurant. It was so frustrating that we won’t be returning.

   Excellent food, very diverse menu. We were there the first night of the 2025 new spring/summer menu. Had 3 different outstanding entrees(some new menu items) as well as a few starters. Very friendly staff. The timing of the courses being served was perfect. Just a small time gap in between each one which is what your want with this type of dinning experience. 5 stars across the board except for service was only because they were very very beyond slow with drink service to the point we almost cancelled our dessert round of beverages but they finally showed up well after we finished dessert. Even our first round was very slow and it was not a complex drink order. Putting aside the bar issue I would recommend this place to others with the hope the speed of the bar service is resolved.

   You should never leave a restaurant hungry because the food is not edible. This has happened twice here. the first time everything was sent back and we left to go to another restaurant, this was in June 2022. I figure give it time, maybe it was an off night and it was a thing to do on a Tuesday when maybe it wasn't so busy. one of the appetizers was no longer good and they said that yes there was something wrong with it and it shouldn't of been served. The other app we got was the meat balls but they were small and expensive at $9 dollars for 3 little meatballs. My wife's dinner came out and it was unbelievably salty and at that point it was all over. I asked for the check and sent her food back. I wanted to send my food back but they boxed it...and boxed hers anyway. When we got home. I gave the burger to our sons who said it was way to salty and they will eat absolutely any/everything. It ended in the garbage. Long story short... we had 4 drinks, 3 little meatballs. a burger in a box with a bill that came to $87.71 with tip. The restaurant is beautiful and the staff is very nice...slow but nice but the kitchen doesn't know how to cook and the value is absent. Worst meal ever.

   This was my second time dining at Bank & Vine. I would have preferred sitting in the main dining area instead of near the bar area. I should have asked to be moved, but I did not.The appetizer, which was the beef Wellington, was excellent. I was a bit disappointed with the Chillian Sea Bass special entree, which was a bit salty. I topped off dinner with Tirramisus desert. Overall, it was average, but my date was great

    My wife and I went with another couple for date night and we left extremely impressed. The staff was attentive and the service was perfect. Our courses came out as they should and everything was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend the chicken Blanco. It was exquisitely cooked crispy on the outside and perfectly moist on the inside. I can't wait until I get a chance to eat that again. I recommend it for any special occasion.
