Bar Doko is an homage to the bar and cocktail culture in the birthplace of Japanese bartending — Ginza, Tokyo. Our experience is deeply rooted in Omotenashi, a philosophy of attentive and wholehearted hospitality. We only have 16 seats so be sure to make a reservation. Business casual dress is encouraged.

One of Houston’s newest cocktail bars but, it’s more than your average bar it’s an bespoke experience like no other in the city. The 16 seat layout, Japanese inspired decor and uber crafty cocktails are the new gold standard for libations in the City! Reservations are a must!!!

really cool and intimate bar - does have a Ginza/Roppongi Hills vibe. staff was so nice, very creative drink program. wish they had snacks beyond wasabi peas, etc. excited to see where they take this + the restaurant they are building across the way

Small setting with detail oriented service of unique cocktails we haven’t experienced before. Cocktail curators are happy to share the ideas behind each Japanese inspired creation. Not a place to dine but the review wouldn’t allow me to leave blank. Plenty of dining options around this Autry Park location. You won’t be disappointed if you enjoy unique cocktail experiences.

Music is way too loud. It’s an intimate conversational cocktail bar, patrons shouldn’t have to compete with the music to speak.

Finally, there’s a bar in town where the service level matches those I’ve experienced in Asia. The menu is creative, and you can really feel the unique style and vision they aim to express. Highly recommended!

Intimate spot for drinks. Beautiful space, diverse selection and excellent friendly service. Negroni is top notch, wide assortment of hard to find japanese whiskies.
