    Out if tap beers requested by one member of the party. A martini was lacking liquor, and no one came to clear dirty dishes or empty cans. Over Al fair experience.

    Terrible experience. Wife was pregnant and we ordered a mocktail that accidentally has alcohol in it. They told us it didnt but I drank it and definitely had a buzz from it. Server had attitude like us asking for water was a chore for her. Pretzel was obviously from frozen because it had freezer burn. Steak frits - steak was way too chewy with multiple area of gristle. Partly because steak was low quality and also over cooked. Fritz was overly salted. Shrimp and grits was too saucy but best thing from the night.

    the waitress did not review the valentine menu and how it worked. the food came out in the wrong order. the salmon was overcooked and bland and the steak was just ok. the calamari was mostly breading and slightly over fried. we did not receive the last wine tasting or one of our desserts. Will not do another specialty menu again.

    Overall we enjoyed our visit, though with some inconsistent service. Our waitress seemed overwhelmed/overdemanded upon by a large group, so at times we felt forgotten. The manager made up for this (though did not need to), as it was not the waitress' fault. Will return someday as a lot of menu selections looked great and our entree salads were awesome.

    Went there for the late night NYE event . Great time had by all. The service was excellent from the moment we walked in. Definitely would do this again.

    We have eaten here before. We enjoy the restaurant. The food was very good. We were there on New Years Eve. So, it was very busy at first. The waitress started out good. I ordered my drink about 10 minutes after my wife ordered hers. I got my drink about 15 minutes before my wife got hers. We think the waitress forgot about her drink. Our appetizer came out at the same time as our meal. We enjoyed our food, but the waitress would disappear for long periods of time. The restaurant had several empty tables as the night went on. So, she was could have & should have checked in with us more often. I was going to get another cocktail, but we couldn't find our waitress. I ended up asking another waitress to send our waitress over. After about 10 minutes, she showed up and had our check. She did ask if we needed anything else? But by that point, we decided to go. She left the check & disappeared again for about 15 minutes. She finally came back so we could pay. I understand it was a busy night, but things slowed down & she still was nowhere to be found.

    Except for the bacon being undercooked for our burgers it was really good especially for their Tuesday pricing deals
