Led by award-winning mixologist Travis Fourmont and Chef Norman Valenti, Bar Pigalle is nestled within The Carlton Lofts, a historic building designed by renowned American architect Louis Kamper.

Came here for brunch and shared the burger and French toast! Both were amazing! The service and ambiance is always on point!

Ambience: Beautiful/Exceptional (except the music choice; every other word in one particular song was “f—k, f—k, f—k”, I would expect a restaurant of this caliber to have a better selection of music) Service/drinks:Excellent Food: Unfortunately, the food was subpar and that is being polite. My husband’s steak had too much fat on it, especially for how much it cost, and the risotto, an unusual saffron flavor was just that, unusual. I had about 4 bites and left it. We had an appetizer that was equally disappointing. I’ve had several friends who said the “food isn’t what it used to be” and “they had better menus in the past.” I would go back to have drinks at the bar but unless they change their menu, food is not an option at this point.

Been wanting to try this place. It was everything I hoped it would be. Perfect quiet Sunday afternoon outing with my daughter. Food and service were exceptional!

Food was absolutely awesome. Loved the Duck and the steak fries. The Brussel sprouts were so good. Service was really good.

we originally had a bigger party, and unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances only half the group was able to make it. They were very welcoming and made our birthday celebration a blast.

Been my favorite restaurant downtown since they opened! Any chance I get, I pick here. Spent 25 years in restaurants and this is my favorite top to bottom. It’s so good I get the moral dilemma of do I recommend to others and make it more difficult to get a table for my self, selfishly OR do I share what will be a memorable experience… (I share ☺️)

The service is always outstanding—far above what you’d find in most fine restaurants Cocktails are balanced and delicious. Very nice wine list. Delicious food
